Tracy is an Analyst in the World Bank Group’s Education Global Practice. Her team is responsible for researching how teacher professional development interventions can be designed to improve student learning in low- and middle-income countries and translating this research into operational guidance for World Bank country teams.
In 2014, Tracy was awarded a Rotary International Global Grant Scholarship to study Development Management at the London School of Economics and Political Science, where she earned her M.Sc. in Development Management. She holds a B.Sc. in philosophy and history from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, where she graduated Summa cum laude.
