Kate Bailey is one of CEM’s leading experts in baseline assessments and how they can be a fundamental part of the academic year and useful throughout the whole of a student’s school career.
Kate has worked in education for nearly 30 years, always working with teachers and other educational professionals and enjoying building strong and productive relationships.
Kate also is involved in educational research: her first degree is in psychology and a Master’s in assessment development and ongoing research interest in how insight provided by educational assessment can help improve student outcomes.
